摘 要

合理有效的控制水温对于人们的日常用水提供了极大的便利性,正是随着科研成果的不断提高与发展,人们通过自己的探究发现单片机测控水温可以满足人们对水温的要求,水温测控的发展正是为了提供必要的简便性。无论是工业应用还是人们的日常生活中都可以见到水温控制的应用,并且都有这不同应用的分类。针对不同的对象各个水温控制系统的相应的使用方法也存在着各自的差异。尤其是在工业领域落后的控制方法将会使大多数的温控设施处在浪费资源而所达到的效果却没有什么突出的表现,然后使用单片的测控系统后便可以轻松的达到温度所需范围。小到人们的日常生活中,可以利用温度测控系统去控制洗澡水的温度等,以此来改善生活质量。

本课题的水温控制系统以单片机为主控芯片,设计一个水温自动控制系统,用于热水器、电水壶等各种小型家用电器的温度控制。在本系统中利用单片机控制4路加热管来对被测用水进行加热,采用高灵敏度的温度传感器对水温进行测量,利用A/D转换器将所测数据输入单片机,通过按键设定温度上下限的范围,最后将用数码管显示采集的温度。系统硬件设计包括电源电路设计,键盘显示电路设计,温度检测电路设计,控制电路设计,报警电路,系统运行指示等【1】

Design of water temperature automatic control system based on single chip microcomputer

Abstract

Reasonable and effective temperature control provides a great convenience for people's daily water, it is with the continuous improvement of scientific research and development, people found that the SCM control water temperature can meet the requirements of people on the water through their own research, development of temperature measuring and control is necessary in order to provide convenience. Both industrial applications and people's daily life can see the application of water temperature control, and there is a classification of these different applications. For different objects, each water temperature control system corresponding to the use of the method also has their own differences. Especially in the field of industrial control method will be backward to make the temperature control most of the facilities in the waste of resources and the effect is not what outstanding performance, and then use the single chip control system after it can easily reach the required temperature range. In the daily life of people, the temperature measurement and control system can be used to control the temperature of the bath water, so as to improve the quality of life .

The water temperature control system of this subject is based on single-chip microcomputer, and a water temperature automatic control system is designed. It is used for temperature control of small household appliances such as water heater, electric kettle and so on. In this system, using SCM control 4 heating pipe for heating of the measured water, measuring the water temperature by the temperature sensor with high sensitivity, the measured data input microcontroller using A/D converter, through the button to set the upper and lower temperature range, finally will use digital tube display temperature acquisition. The system hardware design includes power circuit design, keyboard display circuit design, temperature detection circuit design, control circuit design, alarm circuit, system operation instructions and so on.
