高压回转接头实验台测试系统设计毕业论文

摘 要

现如今,在工业生产中越来越多的要使用到工程机械,其在工业生产中的地位也是越来越重要。通常大型工程机械的性能好坏,往往取决于其工程机械回转接头性能的好坏。在国内,很多厂家都可以生产出性能优越的回转接头。但是目前国内厂家对于回转接头的测试相较于国外还是处于落后状态的。本次高压回转接头的测试系统的课题是高压回转接头出厂实验台的组成部分。

通过查阅有关高压回转接头的资料,最终确定了本实验系统由以下四个主要模块组成。它们分别是数据采集模块,数据显示模块,数据传输模块,以及液压电机的控制模块。测试系统的工作过程主要是先由液压电机给回转接头输送油液,接着通过传感器采集数据,实时监测回转接头内的油压和流量,从而保证回转接头出厂检测时所需的油压。本次测试系统所选用的处理核心是STC12C5410AD单片机。在数据传输模块中,通过RS-232通信将数据传输给上位机。数据显示模块使用的是LED数码管来进行显示数据。液压电机控制模块是通过光电耦合器来驱动的。

Abstract

Nowadays, in the industrial production more and more to use the construction machinery, its position in industrial production is also increasingly important. Often the performance of large-scale construction machinery is good or bad, often depends on the performance of its engineering machinery rotary joint performance is good or bad. In the country, many manufacturers can produce superior performance of the rotary joint. But the current domestic manufacturers for the rotary joint test compared to abroad or in a backward state. The subject of the high-pressure rotary joint test system is part of the high-pressure rotary joint factory test bench.

By reviewing the information on the high-pressure rotary joint, it was finalized that the experimental system consisted of the following four main modules. They are data acquisition module, data display module, data transmission module, and hydraulic motor control module. The working process of the test system is mainly by the hydraulic motor to the rotary joint conveying oil, and then through the sensor to collect data, real-time monitoring of the rotary joint hydraulic and flow, so as to ensure that the rotary joint factory inspection required oil pressure. The test system used in the processing of the core is STC12C5410AD microcontroller. In the data transmission module, the data is transmitted to the host computer through RS-232 communication. The data display module uses the LED digital tube to display the data. The hydraulic motor control module is driven by an optocoupler.
